Call for Abstract

The abstracts are invited for poster presentations of original research on the themes related to the conference under different sub-themes of Microbiology. The organizing committee would also select a few oral presentations from the submitted abstracts. Abstracts are to be submitted online on http://www.ami2019cuh.com.

Important instructions for authors:-

  • File must be in MS Word. Use Times New Roman font only. The file name of the abstract should be in following format- Author's first name [space] Theme name under which abstract is being submitted
  • Do Not alter the structure of this form. Simply paste your information over the text and keep destination style/formatting. The form will be automatically processed – if you alter its structure your submission will not be processed correctly
  • Include up to 5 most relevant keywords
  • Only one person can be presenting author
  • Please upload the abstract to the conference website during registration process just before fee submission
  • No abstract will be accepted through email
  • One registered author can ONLY submit ONE abstract
  • Abstracts are to be prepared strictly as per the Template in MS Word
  • Mention correct theme name in header of the template
  • Leave abstract number as blank
  • Only one person can be presenting author
  • All abstracts will be reviewed by the scientific committee
  • Corresponding author will be notified of the abstract acceptance/rejection/corrections via email
  • In case the presenting author is absent, any co-author can present the paper after on-spot registration; however, one registered author can present one paper only

Instruction for poster preparation

The size of poster should be 3ft x 4ft (width X height).

The posters should include Abstract Title, Authors Name and Affiliations

The poster lay out for representation of study should be: Introduction, Methods, Results, and Conclusions.

The text of the poster should be easily readable from 2 meters away.
